A bioreactor project he worked on was featured in the Futures exhibit at the Smithsonian! ?? 4??In 2013, Marc's R&D team was 1 of only 8 companies in the world at the time that had full access to Watson long before it was publicly available. ?? 5??? Marc was a NYC rave and club DJ in the ‘90s, running a lighting and production company for clubs, raves, and theaters. Today he still performs as a turntablist with various live acts around Austin. 6?? Joe has been working with AI for over 10 years, joining IBM as Watson was emerging from R&D. ?? 7??? He’s been an Adjunct Professor at UT for 5 years, teaching over 300 students, and hosts UXDX NYC. 8?? He helped facilitate one of the first Design Thinking Workshops for IBM Watson. ?? 9??Joe has a patent he doesn’t even remember filing! ??
