    November and December were a complete flop for one of our advisory clients - no new meetings, no new deals, nothing to show. January didn’t get much better. They got a few “now is not a good time” responses but nothing to really show progress. That’s three months. We always tell people “give it 90 days before you expect to see anything” And when we get to those 90 days… Boy oh boy does it feel stressful sometimes! Here’s the work they were doing in that time: ???? completely gutted and trimmed list - total of 50 net new clients being prospected and nothing else ???? running a cadence of in-person stop with a physical marketing piece whether POC was available or not, phone and email follow-up over 10 business days, second drop commences (in-person again and physical marketing piece) ???? physical marketing pieces were paper mixed with objects such as trash cans or coffee mugs ???? email follow-ups were short and concise, 50 words or less just asking a question ???? if voicemail was left, it was a quick question with no mention of company name (only first name of sales rep) and directing the receiver to check their email or text back at X number on their called ID 91 days in and they got their first bite. Which turned into multiple bites. Now this person has half of their 2025 quota in the pipeline and they’re literally just getting started. It’s crazy how people respond to physical drops that are left for them. Rather than brochures and business cards. Or emails and phone calls asking for 30 seconds, pitching and requesting meetings. They tell you things like: “that was awesome and I’m really interested in meeting.” Or they say things like: “I’ve never had a sales rep do anything like this before.” These are literal responses ???? While y’all booking meetings that no-show 7 days later… Rebels are focusing on a small segments of total prospects, being intentional with the experience they give and thoughtful with their follow-up approach. It’s changing lives. It can put $500k in your pipeline in 90 days, which means it can put $1m in it over 180 days… And that’s working 50 accounts at a time where the average transaction is $150k and the sales cycle is 12+ months. It’s literally defying the “logic” of sales. And you can participate. What are you doing to differentiate and stand out from your competition/status quo sales tactics?

    Connect rates are 3%-4% for cold outbound ?? And there is no one to blame but sales itself ?? But if 1% of sales reps would choose more And not be defined by the status quo We’d see a massive shift in sales Here’s a good example: How many times do you hear “not interested” from people that 1,000% qualify… And absolutely have a need or at least use your product in their existing business? Well, what if you put in the effort to make them smile and give them an experience… I’ll tell you what… 99% of the other reps walk away And because of that fact alone, you’ll win.
