Want to see what a real startup tech stack looks like when you're running GTM on HubSpot? Our GTM teams live in HubSpot day-to-day. It's our source of truth for everything: customers, prospects, partners, you name it. That's why for every tool we use, we have to ask "How well does it play with HubSpot?" Sometimes the answer is "perfectly." Sometimes it's "not at all." Most of the time it's somewhere in between. So... here's our current stack with an honest look at how each tool fits into our HubSpot-centric world: ?? Contrast - for webinars, truly a standout HubSpot integration that doesn't get talked about enough. ?? Arrows - shameless plug ??♀?, but we do build every feature through the lens of how it can best integrate with HubSpot + let sales and onboarding teams work entirely from their CRM. ?? Grain - for call recording, we reference the AI notes/summaries that are synced into HubSpot all the time. ?? Hightouch - for syncing product/usage data into HubSpot, couldn't run CS in HubSpot without that data. ?? Syft Data - for capturing ICP website visitors, they sync a ton of data to HubSpot so it's super easy to set up lists and automated sequences. ?? Aircall - we don't do a ton of calling, but their HubSpot integration is ?? ?? PandaDoc - for partner agreements. Since we run our partner program using custom objects, we aren't currently using PandaDoc inside HubSpot, but know they've invested a ton in the integration. ?? Clay - mostly pulling data out of HubSpot to enrich in Clay, so not fully able to stay in the CRM, but still a valuable integration. ?? lemlist - for LinkedIn outreach, can see timeline events in HubSpot when someone has completed a step in our campaign. ?? Crossbeam - we're still migrating from Reveal which had a great HubSpot integration where we could see all partner data right inside our CRM records. Sounds like we'll be getting there with Crossbeam soon too. ?? Webflow - tbh we don't connect Webflow to HubSpot at all right now, but they do have an integration with 10,000+ installs. Maybe we should? ?? Stripe - We don't integrate Stripe data into HubSpot currently, but it would be a true game changer if we could. Anyone in SaaS actually doing this? ?? ChartMogul - I absolutely love this tool to track our revenue and look at it every day, but sadly no HubSpot integration. ??? Assembly - for scheduling social posts. No HubSpot integration, not really needed, but would be cool if we were able to see when a HubSpot contact engaged with our social posts. ??? Pitch - for sales decks, no HubSpot integration. Would be nice to be able to see when a prospect has viewed a deck, but we can actually get that data via Arrows sales rooms now ?? The dream? Every tool we use for GTM would sync perfectly with HubSpot. But until then, huge appreciation to all the tools that are actively improving their HubSpot integrations and working to make "living in HubSpot" actually possible ??.

Can you text back and forth with leads through Slack? Our sales team does this all the time at Salesmsg. Quick story… A potential customer, Michael, texted us with questions about using Salesmsg to text job applicants. With our Slack integration, his text appeared in our team’s Slack channel, where anyone can pick it up and reply. Our sales team was tied up, so I jumped in myself. Michael texted in questions. I Slacked back answers. But from his perspective, we were just texting back and forth. By the end of our conversation, he had the info he needed. No demo necessary. --------------------------------------------------------------- Want to try this? If you're a Salesmsg customer, here's how it's done: Step 1: Get permission to text leads. On your web form, ask for your leads' phone number + permission to text them, when they sign up for your demo.
