After teaching severely learning-disabled students, running the network at the US Department of Commerce, and writing software for Harley-Davidson, Ben has focused on the use of data in healthcare and life sciences for over 20 years.?His deep knowledge has ensured that the right data is available and clients consuming that data can use it optimally every time. ? Before joining saleSEER, Ben was a member of the founding team at CuriMeta, where he served as VP of Customer Success, Data Products, Data Acquisition, and Delivery. In this role, he was responsible for the identification of data sources, development of data models, project/data feasibility, customer relationship management, and delivery of the finished data products.?In this role Ben worked with healthcare data suppliers, clients, and outside vendors on data from structured EHR, genomics, and specialty care data, to pathology, radiology, and cardiac imaging. Prior to CuriMeta Ben spent almost 10 years working at IBM Watson Health on both life science and provider data sets for population health analytics, value-based care, and OR/HEOR studies with companies world-wide including building and publishing one of the first clinical data sets for COVID-19 research in May/June of 2020.? ? Ben’s extensive experience in healthcare brings new dimensions to saleSEER’s capabilities both internally and externally.?In his new role, Ben with work with saleSEER’s data partners to provide the highest quality data for clients; he will collaborate with saleSEER’s Client Engagement team to ensure the best data sets are selected for each project; and he will develop saleSEER’s unique, data driven products to continue to exceed customer expectations while further strengthening saleSEER’s reputation as a trusted data intelligence partner.? Ben earned both a Master’s degree in English Rhetoric and Composition and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.? ?
