    Build custom reports your way at the freight broker sales rep level, middle management, or ownership level. Salesdash allows you to build custom reports for: Accounts, Carriers, Contacts, Deals, and Activities. Add as many custom fields as needed for your reporting and segmentation needs. You can build custom dashboards for any team or role in your organization. Make them public or private. We provide six different chart options for you to select from. You can also automatically schedule any reports that you build in Salesdash to be emailed you daily, weekly, monthly. Also... logging quotes and quote reporting will be live by April.

    Salesdash aims to take the thinking out of follow-up tasks for logistics sales reps. From experience in using other CRMs, when you first log in other systems, you often have to jump through different screens and icons to get to your tasks. Your tasks for the current day are the first thing you see when you login to Salesdash. The workflow that we have is to show you: 1) your tasks for today 2) your overdue tasks 3) suggested leads which are active leads in your name with no follow-up task set This way, a sales rep can get started working through tasks quicker and allow the system to help them prioritize who to reach out to next. All while maintaining that follow-ups are in place to stay in front of your leads.

    If you are a split model brokerage, Salesdash gives you the option to have Shared Account Owners. This allows a primary account owner (typically an AE) to be able to add teammates as secondary owners of an account or carrier. It's helpful if: 1) You have an AE and an account manager/ops rep that work together on an account 2) If you take a team-selling approach on enterprise accounts that have multiple locations and contacts that handle their own shipping This also helps keep your reporting clean when you are running reports on each team member's accounts. You can activate Shared Account Owners in your company settings in Salesdash, if needed.
