With over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, I have spent the last 17 years in the Bank distribution marketplace .My career began in 1987 as a Vice-President for Shearson Lehman American Express as an institutional trader and arbitrager in precious ,non-ferrous metals and foreign exchange. I joined Citicorp in 1991 in the capacity of registered representative and was later promoted to the position of Securities principal and Vice-President of Sales –New York City. In 1994, I joined Marketing One Securities as the Program Director of the Investment and Insurance program for Fidelity Bank(New York, New Jersey, Connecticut),which I later converted to First Union Bank and eventually Wachovia. In 1996, the Third-Party Marketing firm-Independent Financial Marketing Group recruited me where I held the position of Vice-President-Eastern Regional Sales Manager , Director of Investment and Insurance Sales for Corestates Bank(Pennsylvania ,New Jersey ,Delaware)and Program Director for Astoria Federal Savings(Brooklyn ,Queens, Long Island) In 2004, I relocated to Florida and joined Countrywide Investment Services in the capacity of District Sales Manager for the Southeast Division .In 2006, I joined BankUnited as the Senior Vice-President-Program Director for the Investment and Insurance Program-BankUnited Investment Services and held this position to 2010.Currently a strategic affiliate of Sales Quality Research Group in the capacity of Senior Project Manager.
