Our latest survey results are in: 85% of enablement pros are optimistic about AI in sales... BUT... Only 51% of enablement teams are aligned with leadership on success metrics. Let that sink in. ?? → 60% have "sales enablement" in their title → But only 37% say that reflects their actual role → 50% are really doing revenue/GTM enablement → Teams reporting to C-suite see 6;85/10 value rating → Those without enablement charters? Only 6;33/10 Chris Donnelly said it perfectly: "Don't expect new employees to 'hit the ground running' if you aren't providing an excellent onboarding and training programme." A big part of that starts with marketing your enablement: 1?? Get a direct line to C-suite 2?? Create an enablement charter 3?? Align on metrics that matter 4?? Enable beyond just sales 5??
