Sales Builders Texas is a Fractional Sales and business advisory service that helps small and mid-size businesses owners achieve breakthrough sales growth. Using a proven framework of processes, it begins with an evaluation and roadmap for creating or improving any current sales effort. Often, working with companies that have owner-led sales , we capture the owners learning and sales experience to create a sales organization so the founder/owner can focus on running the business. For other companies, we may be improving or restructuring an existing sales organization. For either case, we take the assessment and create a complete plan - the right people, the sales strategy, processes, infrastructure, and management. This makes an operational model for hiring and onboarding the best people, identifying the best client opportunities, managing the sales team and opportunities, and getting the right management processes in place to sustain growth. Many clients lack the proper management to lead sales, so I work as the Fractional Sales Leader to do all the assessment and implementation while leading the sales organization and helping to find or develop the best permanent leader. Building a sustainable, profitable growth engine for the company is the outcome.
