We are excited to announce that Michelle Baker has joined A.Stucki as our new Chief Transformation Officer, effective November 18, 2024. Reporting directly to Ron Port, CEO, Michelle will lead the charge in developing and maturing our company’s strategy, ensuring alignment across functions, and holding us accountable to execution. She will also oversee our program management office, a critical component in driving our transformation efforts. With over 30 years of experience as a Strategy Leader, Michelle has a proven track record of aligning organizations to a centralized vision and executing strategic initiatives to achieve ambitious goals. Most recently, she specialized in Strategic Transformations for Platinum Equity. Her career spans more than a decade in telecommunications with Comcast Cable and Cox Communications, where she spearheaded transformation programs, as well as strategy and finance roles at The Coca-Cola Company. This is a pivotal time for A. Stucki as we prioritize focus, alignment, and collaboration to transform into one integrated organization, united by our goals of safety, profitable growth, cash generation, and employee engagement. Transformation requires singular focus and leadership, and Michelle’s extensive expertise will guide us through this challenging and rewarding journey. Please join us in welcoming Michelle to A. Several Stucki representatives were among the 1,200 industry professionals who attended the 2024 Railway Supply Institute conference in Chicago, Oct. 9-11. The theme of the conference was "Innovating the Future of Rail." Education tracks focused on advancing safety, innovation, technology and sustainability within the freight and passenger railway supplier industries, both in North America and global markets. The Stucki booth featured product displays, an engaging interactive display and key literature about Stucki products and recent innovations in engineering and design.
