Last week, we surprised Bill and Kallie with an office baby shower! Kallie and Will are expecting a baby girl, and Bill and Heather are preparing to become grandparents, with both of their sons’ wives expecting—a girl and a boy. They were completely taken by surprise. We had more than enough to eat, so after the festivities, Michelle took the leftover food over to Three Hots and a Cot —a local nonprofit that provides housing, meals, and support services for veterans in Alabama. Thanks to everyone who helped make this celebration so memorable! #SEAFamily #SainEngineeringAssociates #EnergySolutions #SEATeam

Our dedicated Resource Efficiency Managers (REMs) are actively supporting the implementation of an Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) at Naval Hospital Okinawa as part of a Marine Corps Installations Pacific (MCIPAC) project. This initiative, based at Camp Foster and extending across multiple installations, introduces advanced combined heat and power (CHP) systems projected to cut fuel oil consumption by 342,000 gallons annually and reduce electrical usage by 6.86 million kWh, achieving a 30.88% decrease. Overall, the project aims for a total energy reduction of over 70,000 MMBtu per year, enhancing both sustainability and resiliency. Our REMs have been busy during #EnergyActionMonth, making strides in energy resilience and sustainability! At U.S. Army Garrison Fort Buchanan, Homar Velazquez and Javier Martinez, PE, CEM showcased the installation’s success in generating 30% of its electricity from renewable sources in FY23 with an educational table at the U.S. Army Reserve-funded installation's Main Exchange. We’re proud to support Fort Buchanan’s ongoing mission to cut energy consumption and increase resilience! Our team, including Rachel Kemper, P.E., CEM and Cody Kabus, also supported the 88th Readiness Division by hosting an educational table to raise awareness and promote key energy goals at their headquarters. SEA’s REMs are truly energy boots on the ground! #sainengineeringassociates #energysolutions #poweringthemission . #EnergyResilience #EnergySustainability
