Pardon my tardiness, but last week I had the amazing honor to attend Career Networking Night at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Approximately 100 students rotated around seven stations, each hosted by an academic or industry partner, followed by open networking. SAIC allowed me (indulged?) to represent in this outstanding engagement. I was blessed to interact with dozens of bright, young people in various academic pursuits and in different places along their journey. I spoke with everyone from freshman to PhD candidates and a couple people pursuing higher ed to create professional pivots while still working in their previous, full-time careers. The UMass Lowell Career & Co-op Center team were amazing hosts, the campus is awesome, and it was truly invigorating to tap into that River Hawk energy!
