We're excited to announce that Mercantile, a beloved restaurant that has been a vital part of the Mile High City's culinary scene for over a decade and a hallmark of Denver Union Station, is introducing a reimagined experience today. Building on its farm-to-table roots, MICHELIN and James Beard accolades, and strong ties with local producers, this reimagining serves as a "love letter" to Denver's vibrant food community, focusing on celebrating our city's distinctive flavors, makers, and dynamic dining culture.
