The contract spans from 2024 to 2031, reflecting a long-term commitment to equipping Finland’s military forces with cutting-edge navigation and positioning technology. This agreement will significantly enhance the Finnish Defence Forces’ capabilities in operational accuracy and mission readiness, ensuring robust and resilient navigation solutions for complex and dynamic environments. The capabilities of the Geonyx will enable the Finnish Army to achieve very high precision pointing for its artillery systems (mortars, towed guns, self-propelled guns). ??
