This milestone event brought together collaborators, faculty, students, and local representatives to celebrate the start of construction on this?34,900-square-foot?facility, designed to elevate arts, media, and social sciences education. With cutting-edge classrooms, a darkroom suite, a radio station, and collaborative spaces, Academic West will provide students with hands-on learning opportunities in a?sustainable, energy-efficient?environment. This all-electric, solar-powered building reflects the district’s commitment to innovation, equity, and a greener future.
