I am proud to announce a long overdue promotion of Tj Thompson to the position of Hotline Safety Coordinator. Tj is our most prolific call taker, the fearless leader of the overnight and prepares our operators for the challenges they may face on the line through realistic role play. I trust the safety of our callers in Tj’s hands and I sleep soundly knowing that. Join me in congratulating Tj! -Stephen

Big ideas. Problem solver. Team builder. Humanist. Reposts = I plan to read again. Thoughts are my own.
