Meet Ruben, an impressive and motivated young man who is our first Safelite Scholar through the Foster Love Family Fellowship.? ? Ruben grew up in foster care, and through both good and challenging times, has been an inspiration to others thanks to his positive spirit, aspiration to succeed and genuine care for others. ? Foster youth have enormous potential, and Ruben exemplifies what this scholarship program is meant to achieve: helping to support further education for foster youth. ? We're proud that our Safelite Foundation continues to partner with Foster Love to help young people build their confidence and achieve great things from childhood through adulthood. ? Ruben's story demonstrates the importance of this work and the many lives we can change together. I know you'll enjoy what he shares.

Meet Michael, one of our dedicated auto glass technicians. A customer recently shared their experience with Michael, emphasizing how his exceptional service made them feel respected and valued. As a deaf couple, they sometimes face communication barriers, but Michael ensured they felt understood. He patiently used the Notes app on his phone to explain the process and even returned to troubleshoot an issue without hesitation. Thank you, Michael, for your kindness and dedication. I am thrilled to announce a significant milestone for our Sacramento Warehouse at Safelite! Today, we successfully picked our first piece of glass using our new Warehouse Management System (WMS). A special thank you to Ryan, Garret and the entire team for their enthusiasm and openness to change. Last week, our team honored Dr. King’s legacy of service by creating joy for youth in foster care. In partnership with Foster Love, we decorated birthday celebration boxes filled with balloons, banners, and decorations - ensuring a surprise on their special day. Dr. King taught us, 'Life’s most persistent and urgent question is: What are you doing for others?' It meant so much for us to answer that call. ??
