Frank manages cases at every stage of litigation, from pre-complaint investigation through appeal, and provides strategic counsel tailored to his clients’ needs. Before joining Sadis & Goldberg, Frank was an associate at Winston & Strawn LLP, where he focused on securities class action defense, M&A and corporate governance litigation, and intellectual property disputes. He earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he was Managing Editor of the Fordham Urban Law Journal, and his B.S., magna cum laude, from American University.
