Frank Restagno is a partner in Sadis & Goldberg’s Litigation Group. He has extensive experience successfully prosecuting and defending claims for breach of fiduciary duty, false advertising, and breach of contract before federal juries and domestic and international arbitral tribunals. Frank manages cases at every stage of litigation, from pre-complaint investigation through appeal, and provides strategic counsel tailored to his clients’ needs.
