??Today we have presented our 2024 financial results, which reflect the strong growth of our P3 portfolio in recent years. As a result, operating cash flow grew by 53% to €1,294 million. Cash flow is the indicator that best reflects our growth and value creation, as more than 90% of our EBITDA comes from P3 assets, the vast majority of which have no demand risk or have risk mitigation mechanisms in place. ??Since 2022 we have commissioned 12 P3 projects -three of them in 2024- and continue to expand our portfolio: last year we achieved a record of five new assets in Italy, Peru and Chile. ????At Sacyr we set ourselves challenges that we then pursue with passion. We have an outstanding team of nearly 15,000 professionals who are hard at work to achieve the great goal of our Strategic Plan: to be leaders in the development of greenfield transport, water, and social infrastructure projects. ?? Exciting News! ?? ?? Proud to announce that the I-10 Calcasieu River Bridge project has received the PFI P3 Deal of the Year award! ?? Calcasieu Bridge Partners has successfully financed one of the most ambitious infrastructure projects in Louisiana history ???, securing a US$2.3bn private activity bond transaction for the Interstate 10 Calcasieu River Bridge. ?? The consortium consists of Plenary Americas (40%), Sacyr (30%), and Acciona (30%), in partnership with the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development ??. ?? A Critical Connection This transformative toll project will link the towns of Lake Charles and Westlake in Louisiana. The long-term financing package includes US$1.33bn in tax-exempt private activity bonds, led by JP Morgan and Wells Fargo. The Louisiana Public Facilities Authority served as the conduit issuer. ?? ?? Legal Advisory Teams Nossaman advised the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development. Fasken Martineau DuMoulin served as counsel for the sponsor. Ballard Spahr served as lenders’ counsel. ??? Project Highlights 50-year concession period after partial acceptance (approximately 57 years total). Construction of a new eight-lane bridge (three travel lanes + one auxiliary lane in each direction). ?? Demolition & removal of the existing 70-year-old Calcasieu River Bridge. Operations & maintenance of the new bridge, along with tolling operations and a customer service center. ?? Timeline & Impact Construction begins in 2026. Bridge opens to traffic in 2031. ??Project Completion Announcement?? SACYR USA & CANADA is excited to share that last week we reached the Substantial Completion status on our first widening project on State Road 417 (Central Florida GreeneWay)?? Thanks to the hard work put in by our dedicated project team in Orlando, we have: ?????Reduced congestion and improved traffic flow on SR 417 from Landstar Blvd. to Boggy Creek Rd. ??? ???? Upgraded 3.7 miles of existing infrastructure ???? ???? Added one lane in each direction, expanding the expressway from 4 to 6 travel lanes ??? ?????Constructed 11 noise walls to help reduce the impact of noise pollution on nearby communities ?? ?????Incorporated flex lanes to accommodate additional traffic during emergency response events, such as accidents and hurricane evacuations ?? ? This is the first of two capacity improvements projects on SR 417 which SACYR USA & CANADA is currently executing for the Central Florida Expressway Authority. We’d like to thank them (and their consultants) for their trust and our valued suppliers / subcontractors for their commitment ??? This also marks our ninth project delivery across North America and our second project completion in Florida this 2??0??2??5?? What a great start of the year for SACYR USA & CANADA! ?? ?
