Exciting developments for Sacramento! We’re thrilled to announce that $13 million in federal funding has been secured from the FAA, thanks in part to the efforts of Congressman Ami Bera, to rehabilitate the runway at Mather Airport. This crucial investment will enhance the safety and longevity of the 11,300-foot runway, a vital part of our region’s transportation and economic infrastructure. Mather Airport continues to be a key hub for cargo and general aviation, and this funding will help support local jobs and boost our economy.
