Linnéa Kornehed Falck, co-founder of Einride, returned to where it all began to share how a simple idea grew into one of Sweden’s first impact unicorns. She urged us to think bigger about scaling across borders, forging transparent investor relationships, and distribute impact across and customized to different markets. With insights from SACC-USA (Swedish-American Chambers of Commerce)’s Johan Marcus and Karin Hammar, we also explored the current geopolitical angles of global expansion and what it takes to build a sustainable network across the pond.
