We had the pleasure of providing construction management-at-risk services for Daytona Helmets' new headquarters and warehouse facility, completed in 2018. This 25,570 square foot building features a pre-engineered metal structure, full-height concrete tilt-up walls, a custom-designed showroom, collaborative workspaces, and high-end interior finishes. Despite challenges like a tight construction schedule and unsuitable soil conditions, we finished construction within 8 months, enabling Daytona Helmets to transition seamlessly to their new facility. We had the pleasure of working with Dr. Regina Asihene on Majestic Gardens Assisted Living Community, and we're thrilled with the outcome. This project involved building a 16-room assisted living facility spanning over 11,000 square feet, completed in 2020. As a design-build project, we managed everything from site development to full permitting, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. We are proud to highlight our recent project, the Holland Park Splash Pad, a new significant attraction in Palm Coast, FL. The project involved demolishing the previous splash pad and reconstructing a new facility spanning 6,000 square feet. Through excellent teamwork with subcontractors Scott Giglio of Western Aquatic and Drewry Site Development, the design engineers at Martin Aquatic Design & Engineering, and the city staff Eric Gebo and Mark Tran, we successfully completed the project within 6 months. The grand opening was a joyful event, watching families and children enjoy the new splash pad. The community's positive response has been incredibly rewarding for us at Saboungi Construction.
