Event Highlights: ? Self-Defense Class – Led by Seniors Fight Back, equipping seniors with essential tools to protect themselves against violence. ? Energetic Dance Session – Hosted by Saahas, uplifting seniors with ‘80s tunes and joyful movement. ? Mind-Body Connection – A calming session to promote relaxation and well-being. ? Resource Fair – Providing information on senior wellness, family and women’s health, and youth initiatives.
