Going for approval has never been easier. First round: Your Customer loved it but when testing 1000 parts he asks if we can get shave off a few minutes. No problem! Second round (1 hour of time): Approved. 1000 parts and almost 10 minutes of time off with just a couple tweaks. You can go in with data, spec sheets, and some youtube videos of the robot working or you can line up some earlier revs in your emulation, throw some side by side comparisons of what you did to shave rates, and get this thing approved!

Here is another emulation we did showing a pallet conveyor concept. The end user loved that they can throw out ideas and see it come to life as the project developed.

Hanging out here at #Modex24 and just loving the friendships made throughout my career in this industry. Project close-outs should be the most rewarding experiences for project managers when done successfully. At S2F, we've developed tools to make this process even smoother for our execution team.
