We have 2 verticals - one dedicated to large corporations with annual revenues greater than or equal to $10MM) and one that serves SMB entities under $10MM. For the large corporations, we provide services within the Governance, Risk and Compliance Management (GRC) space. We offer co-sourcing/staff augmentation, turnkey project management and delivery services related to internal audit and data analytics initiatives. For small to mid-size businesses, the company provides "cradle-to-grave" services that span across the life cycle of a business. Running a small business is no joke. It takes a lot out of you. No matter how educated you are or how much corporate experience you have, you need a strong support system as you embark on your entrepreneurial journey and learn many things as you go. One such thing was me learning about the Minority Based Enterprise (MBE) certification that is granted to eligible minority-owned small businesses by the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council (GMSDC), a local chapter of the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC). If you are considering starting a new business or an existing business that has not had any formal experience running one, then I would certainly recommend checking out the many free resources offered by University of Georgia Small Business Development Center and inquire with GMSDC if you are eligible for a MBE certification. https://lnkd.in/e-K4fxHC

Dear friend, S-square D-square LLC, a boutique consulting firm specializing in Internal Audit Data Analytics and Governance, Risk and Compliance engagements is celebrating 5 years of being in business. The business was registered in 2018 with the Georgia Secretary of State's Corporations Division and has come a long way since its humble beginnings as the COVID-19 pandemic raised its ugly head, thanks to a solid partnership with Big 4 firms such as PwC. We have also partnered with the Technology Association of Georgia and will be working on a summer project with members of the TAG Data Science & AI Society as part of their TAGDataForGood initiative.
