S.C. Swiderski (SCS) is thrilled to announce the promotion of Dale Bergman to Facilities Manager. Dale joined SCS just over six months ago as the Safety and Compliance Manager, he brought with him a wealth of experience in construction, trades, facilities, grounds, transportation, and safety. His passion for safety and experience bringing facility projects to life make him a great fit for our most tenured department. Dale oversaw the renovation of Merrill Area Public Schools' Jay Stadium, received a grant to improve the safety and security of Merrill schools, was recognized for his excellence from the Wisconsin Rural Schools Alliance and the Wisconsin School Safety Coordinators Association, and was a speaker at the 22nd Annual Facilities Management Conference.
