Lucas previously served as the Head of Origination & Structuring and brings over 15 years of infrastructure development and investment experience. He has successfully led the development and financing of major transportation P3 projects in the USA and the Americas, with a total combined value in excess of $8 Bn. Lucas has a successful track record in structuring, securing financing and supporting the development of nationally significant infrastructure projects such as the award-winning Fargo-Moorhead Stormwater Diversion Channel P3, PennDOT’s Major Bridge P3 and revenue risk P3s such as SH 288 Express Toll Lanes (TX).
