We’re excited to be part of the transformation at ??19 Debevoise Avenue in East Williamsburg, where a former 54,000 sq. ft. hospital space is being repurposed into a mixed-use affordable housing campus, providing much-needed housing to the community. ????? Under the leadership of our dedicated project manager Krystian Komaniecki, our team is currently installing a high-quality standing seam metal roof from Englert Inc, using an automatic seamer for precision and efficiency. We’re also adding S-5! snow-guards to prevent snow and ice from sliding off the roof, enhancing safety. Additionally, we’re working on the building’s exterior to complete the transformation. Stay tuned for a second video showcasing the exterior work, where we’ll highlight our attention to detail and craftsmanship. ????
