Earlier this month, nearly 150 Backbone and rygr team members ventured out to Carbondale, Colorado, for The Charge, an annual company event where we camp out, celebrate work wins, talk about business, get outside, and most importantly, bond as a collective team. We laughed until we cried, donned our finest costumes, got inspired by incredible industry work, and forged friendships across teams and disciples. Here's a peek at some of the fun that was had:
