We’ve broken ground on the GSQ Medical Building, a three-story, medical outpatient building at Goodyear Civic Square at GSQ in Goodyear, AZ! This 62,475-square-foot building—which is fully preleased to Banner Health—is the first medical project within the master development of GSQ and is a key part of the City of Goodyear’s vision for its new downtown. As the developer and builder, we’re excited to partner with Globe Corporation in this joint venture. We previously worked with Globe and served as the general contractor for Goodyear Civic Square at GSQ. Set for completion in Q3 2025, the building will provide multispecialty healthcare in a community that now offers it all: shopping, dining, entertainment and medical care.

This 502-unit multifamily community spans 15 buildings and 37 acres, offering luxury residences with best-in-class amenities in the 33,000-acre master-planned community, Lakewood Ranch. As both the developer and builder in this joint venture with PGIM Real Estate and Park Springs, we’re proud to have delivered the final building ahead of schedule, despite a seven-month power delay—demonstrating the hard work and dedication of our team.
