Today Redwood Trust reported Q4’24 earnings results, highlighting performance across our RWT Horizons platform in 2024. With RWT Horizons now in its 4th year, we were pleased to see a number of our portfolio companies complete additional funding rounds in 2024. We made 9 new investments during the year, welcoming 4 new companies to our portfolio while making 5 follow-ons investments. We specifically grew our exposure to AI and Alternative Financing Solutions portfolio companies during the year. We continue to work with our portfolio companies as partners, utilizing their services and technology to support our own strategies.
