The headline says it all! Thank you Pollstar for the feature story putting the spotlight on reuse and r.World | Reuse! “Part of the reason we exist is because, at live events, recycling is challenging. Everything gets commingled, and as a result, that waste has to go to landfill. Compost or bioplastic cups don’t work at live events either because of the same problem of contamination. The only way those work is if they’re hand-sorted and taken to an industrial composting facility, and that very rarely happens. If you want to do what’s right for the environment, the best thing is reuse.” - Michael Martin, Founder & CEO r.World | Reuse The movement is strong across the music industry, and is inspiring many others into action. We're proud to be part of it. #reuse #sustainability #solution #impact Read more:

The most sustainable, most trusted, most scalable solution for reusable cups and serveware: r.Cup | r.Ware | r.Turn
关于我们
We believe in a future without mountains of garbage and oceans of trash, so we’re changing the way the world uses cups, clamshells, and serveware. No more single-use products at venues, live events, arenas, stadiums, or restaurants. It’s time to switch to reusable r.Cups and r.Ware from r.World. WHY REUSE? Recycling and composting aren’t working. Plastic is barely recycled at all. Making and recycling single-use aluminum is a toxic drain on our scarce resources. And most compostable trash never gets composted. The best way to end single-use waste is reuse, and r.World makes it easy. SAY YES TO THE MOST GOOD. -THE MOST SUSTAINABLE r.Cups and r.Ware have the lowest possible carbon footprint at every step of the process—better than composting, recycling, and any other reusables. -THE MOST EASY r.World makes reuse effortless for your operations. You get hands-on support, easy ordering on the r.Turn? app, and everything you need to ensure high return rates. -THE MOST ROI Venues and concessionaires that implement our no-risk funding model typically see per-head sales go up, while housekeeping costs and waste-hauling fees go down. -THE MOST ROBUST We serve businesses and crowds of every size—from 300 to three million—and we’re equipped to support whatever you need. We were the first large-scale reuse company in the U.S. and we’ve been tested and proven in every kind of venue and food service operation, with the most advanced reuse platform available. -THE MOST COMMITTED TO YOUR COMMUNITY We’re locally invested and fully committed to providing second-chance employment opportunities, building in development zones (whenever possible), and providing wash services for other reuse efforts in town. -THE MOST PASSIONATE ABOUT SOLVING THE SINGLE-USE CRISIS We’re building the reuse infrastructure today that will shape the world tomorrow. If you're looking for the smartest way to eliminate waste, you’ve found it. Switch to r.World’s reusable r.Cup and r.Ware solutions today.

We had a great time recently at #Verge24! Thank you Trellis Group for hosting another exciting and inspiring event, where our Founder and CEO Michael Martin moderated a panel about sustainable strategies for large-scale events. The session covered challenges, innovative solutions, and overall greening best practices for conferences, sports and concerts. He was joined by Lindsay Arell, LEED AP from Honeycomb Strategies, Brianna Z. Cook from Green Sports Alliance, and AEG’s Meghan Tierney, and a full room of folks interested in leading change and creating meaningful environmental impact. Not only did we discuss?how?reuse is easy to implement, we also showed it in action. Reusable r.Cups from r.World | Reuse were used at all water stations and our clearly labeled return bins placed throughout the conference. Shout out to Morganne Sigismonti and Jessica Coons from Trellis Group, and Replenysh for the amazing collaboration and commitment to reuse. If you were at the conference and want to explore how we can help create a custom reuse program for you, let’s connect. A better future is in your hands!

Happy National Reuse Day! This year, we have a major milestone to celebrate: In 2024, together with our partners, we surpassed more than 10 MILLION single-use items eliminated from landfills ... and then, we surpassed 12 MILLION! What’s even more exciting? We’re on track for our biggest year yet. So, why reuse? Live events including major league sports and large scale concerts send 4 BILLION+ single-use cups to the landfill every year in the US alone. Also shocking: One trillion single-use foodware items are thrown away each year. What does this mean? Single-use waste is a big reason we’re running out of landfill space. And, single-use waste has a big impact on climate change. It also leads to water waste, CO2 emissions, toxins, and overflowing landfills. The good news? Switching to reuse not only helps reduce single-use waste, but also reduces CO2 emissions, saves water, and prevents tons of new single-use items from being produced. In other words, reuse is a climate solution. To our current and future reuse partners and community: thanks for being an important part of the reuse movement. A better future is in your hands! #NationalReuseDay #reuse #sustainability #innovation #joinus

Happy Green Sports Day from r.World! Reuse is taking over the sports world. And we’re here to help. Because, when it comes to single-use waste, we want everyone to win. We’re excited to show that reuse works across all sports, including Major League Baseball (MLB) stadiums (shout out to the Colorado Rockies & Coors Field!) and at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum - host to USC football games, some of the world’s biggest Soccer matches, and even NASCAR. We’ve also been at the racetrack with NASCAR, and part of the fast-paced action with Grand Prix. Find us oceanside at World Surf League events, by the ice for hockey games, and at the greenest of greens with PGA TOUR. And, find us at Crypto.com Arena, at all Lakers, Sparks and Kings games. We’re proud to be helping venues, teams, leagues and sports fans win against single-use waste. Are you ready to team up?
