Last week, JLPP hosted our symposium, The End of Chevon Deference. Our five panelists, Adam Crews, Elenore Wade, Kathryn Kovacs, Kimberly Cahall, and Brian McNamara took part in an excellent discussion on the state of administrative law in the wake of the Supreme Court's decision in Loper Bright v. Raimondo last year. When we planned this event, we could not have expected the recent actions from the Trump Administration to further complicate the administrative infrastructure of the federal government, shifting our conversation in that direction. Thank you to our five panelists for joining us and providing some clarity for a suddenly murky field of law.
