Look who's heating things up this summer on the education and development front!?Congratulations?to these talented team members from Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine who recently completed the Rutgers / Johnson & Johnson Business Acumen Certificate Program!??? This 6-month program featured a combination of synchronous, virtual-live instructor-led trainings, interactive exercises/discussions, and online/self-paced modules. Comprised of members from several therapeutic areas, these learners came together to broaden their business mindset and acquire new skills that can aid in driving growth. The experience culminated in a Capstone project in which participants were divided into groups, conducted research, and devised breakthrough proposals to advance the mission of Innovative Medicine. Thank you to each of you for your dedication and contributions throughout this program! ?? We hope you enjoyed this experience as much as we did, and we wish you all the best!
