What's the most important decision you'll make in your life? Where you go to school? Your first job? Your daily wellness routine? Well, according to World Trade Center developer Larry Silverstein, it's choosing the right spouse. And that answer clearly struck a chord, as this interview between Silverstein and social media creator William Rossy (@sprouht) generated more than 40 million impressions across social media. The interview, arranged by the team at Russo Strategic Partners, was a part of our larger social & influencer strategy to introduce Silverstein's story to a new generation upon the release of his memoir "The Rising." With more than 9 million views on TikTok alone, and hundreds of thousands of comments and shares across social, we are proud to have achieved our goal. To showcase the 23 year transformation of New York City’s World Trade Center, the team at Russo Strategic Partners was tasked with developing and executing a social media content campaign for client-partner Silverstein Properties. This campaign included the development of a robust influencer marketing program, showcasing how the World Trade Center has become a 24/7 work, live, and play neighborhood. Our strategy focused on reaching Gen Z and millennial audiences to drum up more buzz for Lower Manhattan. Our team identified and facilitated?partnerships with several key influencers on TikTok and Instagram who created various types of content, from videos showcasing art, culture, and food in the neighborhood, to videos breaking down the complex 23 year rebuilding story. We also coordinated an interview?between a top YouTube creator and Larry Silverstein, who shared his wisdom in what it takes to find happiness and success at 93 years old. The Russo Strategic Partners team had the chance to see CATS: The Jellicle Ball with our client-partner Silverstein Properties at the Perelman Performing Arts Center (PAC NYC), Lower Manhattan’s hub for music & culture! The show is a beautiful celebration of ballroom culture and had everyone out of their seats clapping, shouting, and having so much fun. We ended the day with a delicious dinner at Metropolis by Marcus Samuelsson, conveniently located inside the PAC. Highlights included the Red Snapper and the burger, which we are still dreaming about. Our team loves to capture the story of the incredible transformation of the World Trade Center into a dynamic campus full of art, music, and culture for the social media accounts of Silverstein and the WTC.
