Jamie Hall, District Manager for Western NC is completing his eighth year with Russell Cellular. Jamie has worked for both authorized and national retailers since 2006. Jamie began his Russell Cellular career with five Stores and now oversees eleven, one of the largest Districts in the Company. Jamie wants his staff to enjoy their interactions with customers and embrace the fact that they provide an essential need for them. That thinking has been reinforced since the impact of Hurricane Helene in Western NC. Jamie's stores, staff, and communities have been severely affected. His stores have served as a collection and donation spot for those in need. Taking care of its community while enjoying what they do has been the hallmark of his District.
Team members from Home Office and RCCS spent the morning supporting families impacted by suicide at the local Out of the Darkness Suicide Prevention walk. James Perez, Regional Director that started in the wireless industry back in 2004. I worked for multiple carriers during that time before having the privilege to board with RC in January 2017. During my time with RC, I served teams from Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Oklahoma, Arizona, and west to California. I have a very simple motto that has allowed me to support some of the best teams across the US. “I want you to want to come to work, but I would love for you to love to come to work”.
