The RCIDA Board draws its members from key areas of the county's business and industrial community with executives representing the areas of finance, public utilities, construction, development, and business. We have a singular purpose: to give your business a foundation for success in Russell County. The Board doesn't stop working for your company when production begins. We will help troubleshoot problems that may arise two, three or ten years after the doors open. Our facilitation efforts have led to streamlined expansions, service and infrastructure upgrades and equitable problem resolutions for a whole range of area businesses and industries.

US Congressman James Comer, and Tyler Campbell of the Kentucky Rural Broadband Association, visited one of Kentucky's most experienced and knowledgeable broadband providers, recognizing their invaluable contributions to our region's connectivity and growth.
We were pleased to welcome Congressman James Comer at our Jamestown headquarters yesterday to discuss federal broadband funding for rural providers like DUO Broadband. Comer spoke specifically with members of our board of directors, our staff, and Tyler Campbell, the executive director of the Kentucky Rural Broadband Association, about the importance of sustainable universal service funding. We appreciate this opportunity to advocate for more broadband service for consumers in our rural part of Kentucky.
