PAST PROJECT SPOTLIGHT: North Brevard Dialysis at Titus Landing RUSH Construction served as the General Contractor for the tenant improvement and interior build out of the 1st floor, N.E. side, of the Titus Landing Medical Office Building. This 8,250 SF was an unimproved area of the facility. All underground utilities, floor slab, interior framing and drywall, MEP build out were constructed per DaVita Healthcare requirements. The project required extensive millwork, plumbing process piping, as well as, other specialized plumbing requirements for the operation of the Dialysis equipment.
