Our Pickerington Schools new Jr. High School Project is moving fast! Check out the video below to see the progress that's been made since our last update.

We are incredibly excited to announce that renovations have finally begun at Terrace Gardens! This is the first step in charting a new path for affordable housing in Licking County. The TFG Housing Resources team partnered with Licking Metropolitan Housing Authority to fund the substantial renovation of this 99-unit building which was constructed in 1976. This renovation will allow Terrace Gardens to remain an attractive, affordable rental option for decades to come. The Terrace Gardens project utilizes a unique component of the RAD (Rental Assistance Demonstration) program that allows for blending RAD with Section 18 of the National Housing Act, facilitating the preservation of affordable housing that would become obsolete. In addition to securing RAD approval, LMHA and TFGHR utilized 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) through the Ohio Housing Finance Agency to make this preservation effort possible. It has been a two year process getting the project from inception to closing. We would like to give a special thank you to the leadership of LMHA, who has worked tirelessly to ensure the needs of residents are met. Most of all we want to thank the residents of Terrace Gardens, many of which are veterans, who have welcomed our team and been incredibly supportive of the planning process. These projects take a plethora of individuals and organizations working tirelessly to get to the finish line. We would like to give a special thanks to the organizations below. Earlier this week, New Albany Parks and Recreation held a groundbreaking ceremony for the exciting?multi-purpose fieldhouse?and community center! Located at the northwest corner of Bevelhymer Road and Walnut Street on land donated by the City of New Albany, this state-of-the-art facility will offer top-tier athletic surfaces, multi-purpose rooms, fitness areas, technology labs, and art spaces.?We can’t wait for the opening of this incredible addition in fall 2026!? Today we had our annual Halloween chili cook-off and costume party! Thanks to everyone who participated (the chili was fantastic)!

This afternoon we officially broke ground on the New Albany Fieldhouse and Community Center project! We're excited to be working with the City of New Albany, Ohio and the New Albany Parks and Recreation team on this important project for the community!

Last week, some of our recent graduates attended the Ohio University Russ College of Engineering & Technology Fall Career Fair to find students that are interested in interning with Ruscilli or joining us full-time after graduation. We are always looking for bright young talent to join our team! Shout out to our Project Engineers for being great ambassadors for our company.
