In this key role, you would be responsible to: ·Assist passengers in and out of the vehicle. ·Provide transfer assistance to non-ambulatory persons by utilizing mobility aids as necessary, i.e., slider boards and lifts. ·Conduct daily vehicle reports, operational inspections, and report any defects to the designated individual. ·Maintain comprehensive, accurate and detailed records of all activities. This position is safety sensitive and requires pre-employment, random, and post-accident drug testing in compliance with Federal Transportation Administration (FTA) standards and corporate policy, as a condition of employment. A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred, but not required. Salary Information Our Transit Driver position is offered at $18.23-$19.71 per hour. Actual wage will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, experience and qualifications. Employees who successfully meet or exceed performance expectations during their annual performance evaluation will be eligible for a 4% wage increase. The full salary range for this position is $18.23 to $30.35 per hour and represents the low and high end of the total salary range for this position. As a Lead Teacher in a preschool classroom, you will be responsible for the daily operation of the classroom. You will plan, coordinate, and implement educational plans for preschool children including the integration of trauma invested practices that support social-emotional learning and self-regulation in the classroom. To apply for this position, you would need: Lead Teacher Level I: High school diploma or GED and one of the following educational certificates or degrees: ? An Associate degree in Early Childhood Education; or ? An Associate degree in a related field to Early Childhood Education and coursework equivalent to a major relating to ECE; or ? A Professional Development Plan to meet one of the above educational requirements completed within the required time frame and at least one year experience working with children in an educational preschool. #hiringnow Rural Resources Community Action is looking for a Helpline Victim Advocate. This position is flexible and primarily remote and can be located anywhere in Stevens, Ferry, or Lincoln Counties with reliable telephone coverage. As a Helpline Victim Advocate, you will provide crisis intervention and advocacy services for general crime victims or victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, or child abuse for callers on the 24/hour helpline after normal business hours, on weekends, and/or holidays. A Helpline Victim Advocate assists with safety planning, information and referral, follow-up information, and support. Provides emotional support and information about crime victim rights. Maintains records of client or non-client caller contact. Provides infrequent in-person response, including but not limited to response to local hospitals across the service area for medical advocacy, to victims as needed. This flexible, primarily remote job opportunity is perfect for an individual who is passionate and empathetic about supporting survivors in their communities largely from the comfort of their own home. This individual will be on call for weekend shifts (Friday 8am-Monday 8am). Helpline Victim Advocates receive a stipend for each shift (increased stipends for holidays!) and an hourly wage for any calls or in-person responses. Helpline Victim Advocates are provided with a work cell phone and the option to use an agency vehicle for infrequent in-person responses after-hours. Regular weekend shifts receive a $350 stipend; holiday weekend shifts are $400. Regular weeknight shifts receive a $75 stipend each; holiday week night shifts are $100. To apply for this position, you would need an associate’s degree in a related area of study and one year’s experience in crisis intervention, social services, or peer support; or any combination of education and experience which would provide you with the desired skills, knowledge, and ability required to perform the job. Salary & Benefit information The hiring range for this role is $19.87-$21.49 per hour. The full salary range of $19.87 – $33.08 per hour represents the low and high end of the total salary range for this position.
