Happy Thanksgiving from the RSC team! Rural Schools Collaborative is thankful today and everyday for our partnerships across the country aiming to rebuild rural communities by strengthening schools and supporting teachers. Our mission as an organization is to seek sustainable community development in rural places. We must acknowledge past harms to all communities in our rural areas and seek out reconciliation and healing as we attempt to grow forward together. Cargill Philanthropies to strengthen place-based, collaborative initiatives to recruit, prepare, and retain rural teachers.
