Women's Elite Rugby (WER), the first professional women’s rugby league in the United States, has signed a landmark deal with Lumin Sports ahead of its inaugural 2025 season. In another move to strengthen our commitment to athlete performance and wellness, WER is proud to announce the formation of our Medical Advisory Board, composed of experts across sports medicine, mental health, and performance and training. Ryan Reese Dr. Katie Hunzinger, PhD., CEP Amy Gooding Mary Swanstrom, MS, ATC, CAFS Scott Jerome Cat Wade Stacy Carone In addition, WER will be partnering with Lumin Sports as the league-wide software service for athlete health and performance monitoring.
