This Week in Rails is out, and the big update is of course Rails 8.0.0. But also: ?? Disable transactional tests per database. Useful for cases where external processes need access to the database during tests. ?? Gem paths are now restored to their full form with BACKTRACE=1, making debugging easier. ?? Improved logic around system timezone detection to avoid deprecation warnings related to daylight saving time.
