We’re proud to celebrate the completion of the Pooler Wastewater Treatment Plant expansion—a nearly $50 million project that doubles the city’s treatment capacity from 3 to 6 million gallons per day. As Pooler continues to grow, investing in essential infrastructure like this is crucial to supporting the community’s future. RC crews are making great progress on the trenchless scope at the North Fork job site. Two vertical shafts are down, one to go, and one of four tunnels in progress. Team on three! The team delivering our 24” force main project for City of Savannah held their own ribbon cutting to celebrate placing the new line in service. Careful planning, scheduling, dedication, and a lot of old-fashioned hard work went into completing almost 6 miles of new force main in less than 9 months. Crews powered through adverse conditions during the project that included two hurricanes during the latter part of 2024 to experiencing the most snow the Savannah area has received since 1968. Now that the force main is in service, the team will shift focus to punch list completion and getting equipment packed up and moved to the next project. We are excited to announce that we have been awarded a project in Effingham County, involving the construction of a new 2.0 MGD Wastewater Treatment Plant. This project includes extensive civil, concrete, electrical, and instrumentation work, with key components such as headworks, oxidation ditches, clarifiers, UV disinfection, pump stations, and more. Our team is making great progress on our sewer lining project in Pennsylvania! So far, we've successfully lined 2,227 linear feet out of the 5,152 total feet, with pipe diameters ranging from 48 inches to 72 inches.
