We're doing plenty of experimentation at RTi Research with AI and its uses to derive even more #meaning for our clients. As we test and learn, we will post advice here from time to time so that other #mrx'ers may benefit. Right now, we’re testing in-survey #AI powered chatbots to probe on open ended questions, replicating the depth of response usually extracted by a live interviewer.?One piece of advice – in addition to setting guardrails for totally rogue probing questions (yes, it happened), additional controls need to be applied so that the AI doesn’t bias future questions in your survey (e.g, mentioning a specific brand name prior to an awareness question being asked).
