This MLK Day of Service, Rebuilding Together Central Florida and volunteers from HELP Community Development Corporation with funding from BankUnited, came together to transform two homes in The Historic Town of Eatonville, making them safer and improving quality of life for longtime residents. What an incredible Hurricane Action Day! Our team was on fire, empowering future disaster relief heroes with the knowledge and tools they need to make a real difference when crisis hits. We packed a punch, equipping volunteers with first aid kits, flashlights, safety glasses, and gloves. Together, we're building a community of fearless first responders ready to face any challenge Mother Nature throws our way!

Our Volunteer Engagement / Corporate Sponsorship Coordinator, Ashley Coleman and our Program Manager of Grant Services, Lee Bien, had a great time at the American Red Cross of Central Florida Greater Orlando's Annual Meeting and Luncheon!

Our Executive Director, José García had the great pleasure of presenting the work we do in Orlando and Central Florida to the City of Orlando regarding the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG). This program is aimed to assist low- and moderate-income households and revitalize distressed neighborhoods.

We are thrilled to have collaborated with Frank Gay Services and the Orlando Magic to surprise our homeowner and Air Force Veteran, William Clark, with a brand new HVAC system.
