A few weeks ago, the Activities Director for many years at one of our facilities, Coral Plaza in Margaret FL, lost her battle to cancer. The residents and staff organized a memorial service for her and it was beautiful. so many heartfelt testimonials of the lives she touched every day. There are truly exceptional people working on Assisted Living Facilities. A real vocation of service and generosity. Thank you Alexis and rest in peace, your legacy lives on.

Today I had the chance to attend US FOODS' food show at Broward Convention Center, together with most of the Chefs of our facilities. It was a good opportunity for them to meet vendors, sample products, get ideas and also to do some networking. The food service department is such an important aspect of our residents' life; we need to make sure that their meals are always nutritious, tasty, and well-presented. US FOODS has been a good partner to RSR in terms of price, product quality and particularly, customer service.

Yesterday Lenox on the Lake by RSR hosted a nice event to thank social workers, home health agencies and other community members for their hard work.
