Bailey Martin gave a presentation at the Tulsa NAWIC Chapter on PPE for women, and why one size does not fit all. OSHA recently defined CFR 1926.95 Part C to include the wording that PPE must be provided that fits the employee. With more women working in construction, the need for effective workwear is growing. Thank you to Bailey and NAWIC for providing some great resources to find well fitted workwear!

We cannot celebrate the end of 2024 and move into 2025 without remembering Aaron Hickey, who passed away a few weeks ago. He was an integral part of our team, and we were praying for his health and recovery. If you knew Aaron, you considered him a good friend. He made everyone feel important. His faith was paramount to him, and kept his focus on the positive to the very end. We hope 2025 brings new hope and new joys for all!
