The Reaction Research Society is shocked and saddened to learn of the sudden passing of Richard Garcia on July 5, 2024. He was living in Huntsville, AL, and was a major influence on the RRS throughout the 2010’s. Richard left behind a wife, family, and a lot of friends and colleagues. A memorial article has been posted on RRS.ORG. No services will be held, but the RRS may have an event in his honor sometime in the coming months. The Reaction Research Society, RRS, is hosting their their 2024 Symposium. Please join us on?Saturday, April 13th?at the Mary Star High School in San Pedro. The symposium is open to the public and is free to attend. You could come anytime between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. This symposium welcomes all who seek to delve into the realms of rocket science and space exploration. From 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, the doors of opportunity swing wide open, granting access to a myriad of exhibits and a captivating lineup of speakers.
