RPS is an engineering driven company that specializes in manufacturing solutions for the Rapid Part, Plastic Injection Tooling, Low Volume Molding and Assembly segments. We specialize in compact solutions that look to improve your operating efficiency and improve your overall process. RPS has a customer centric development center that is capable of doing complete run offs, along with low volume production. When time is of the essence, our proprietary prototype process will allow us to get small to large tonnage parts to market within days of kick off. We have streamlined our prototype tooling division to be the solutions provider of choice when fast accurate parts are required for an upcoming build. Our team is committed to quality and our ISO 9001:2015 certification and team supports all divisions, along with our quality lab. We are able to check parts in line of manufacturing and validate same day to allow uninterrupted manufacturing.
